Holly Evans is a 20 year veteran consultant, specializing in outpatient surgery. She has played an integral role in building, accrediting, and maintaining over 25 ambulatory surgery centers from California to Alaska! Holly specializes in building plans, construction, accreditation, and compliance. From firewalls to generators, construction to life & safety inspections, AAAHC, AAAASF, and Medicare; she is an expert you can depend on. Holly completed surgical technologist training in Simi Valley. She pursued her career as a certified surgical technologist in Southern California, where she started honing and developing her consulting skills. Holly has worked alongside many reputable surgeons throughout Southern California that still rely on her consultative expertise. The chance to work with other consulting firms forwarded Holly the opportunity to travel and gain awareness of how surgical services are provided throughout the country. She understands all regulations; whether you are seeking AAAHC, AAAASF, or Medicare accreditation, Holly can get you there!
Heather Self is a 15 year veteran nurse with experience in peri-operative care, critical care, and leadership and management. She has spent the last 15 years focusing on the safety and efficacy of patient care and how to balance this with taking care of the caregivers. Heather’s leadership style is not one that is built around the office work; but rather being shoulder to shoulder with her team. This has allowed her to gain insight into outpatient surgical care, leadership, sustainability of quality teams, and efficient patient care delivery. Heather is a primary owner and a clinical/leadership consultant for Prestige.
Heather received her Bachelors of Nursing in 2006 from Culver-Stockton College in Missouri. She has worked as a Registered Nurse inpatient surgical services, critical care, and leadership and management. She completed her Master’s in Nursing Leadership and Management in 2012 and will have her Master’s in Business Administration by the end of 2021. Heather’s passion for clinical leadership and patient safety is unrivaled. She welcomes the opportunity to work with you!
